Working draft. Have a US attorney review it before the first client signs.
Roles
Your customers' information belongs to you. BookedCaller handles it on your behalf and only to provide the service.
What we handle
Callers' names, phone numbers, job addresses and the plumbing problem, plus call recordings and transcripts, for the sole purpose of answering calls and taking jobs for you, improving your receptionist, and writing your reports. We never ask for card numbers or financial details. Recordings and transcripts are deleted after 30 days.
Our commitments
- Keep data confidential and secure, with access limited to people who need it.
- Never sell or share your customers' information. Use it only for your service.
- Use third-party providers (voice platform, telephone and text carriers, hosting, payments) under terms that protect the data. We list them on request.
- Tell you promptly if we learn of a breach affecting your data.
- Delete or return your data when the service ends.
- Every call starts with a notice that it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded, which covers states that need everyone's consent to record.
